1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "kd44", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the kd44 platform accessible at kd44.io and its related services.
• "Platform" refers to the kd44 website, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all betting, casino, and payment services offered therein.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on, or otherwise accesses, the kd44 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the kd44 registration process.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the exclusive transaction currency on the kd44 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit amount credited to a player's Account under a kd44 promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they are eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification, comprising submission and review of acceptable identity documents as specified in Section 4.
• "Restricted Activity" refers to any conduct listed under Section 10 of these Terms & Conditions.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on kd44, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or professional gambling organisation unless expressly authorised in writing by kd44.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, or agent of kd44, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless written approval has been granted.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or time-out restriction currently active on your Account.
• You have not previously had an Account permanently closed by kd44 for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

kd44 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the player relationship and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility conditions are not met or can no longer be confirmed.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of kd44 services, you are required to complete the registration process and open a verified Account. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

The following rules apply to all kd44 Accounts:

• One account per player: Each player is permitted to hold only one Account at any time. Opening or attempting to open duplicate Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a Restricted Activity and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide your legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and, where required, residential address, as they appear on your official Bangladesh identification documents (National ID card or passport).
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kd44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• No account sharing: Your Account is personal to you. You must not allow any third party to access, operate, or place wagers through your Account at any time.
• Notification of changes: You must notify kd44 promptly if any personal details associated with your Account change, including changes to email address, phone number, or payment methods.

kd44 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

4 KYC & Verification

kd44 operates a rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) process in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations, protect the integrity of the Platform, and safeguard player funds. Completion of KYC is a mandatory prerequisite to processing any withdrawal from your Account.

Acceptable identity documents for Bangladesh players include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid Bangladesh passport — photo page
• Bangladesh driving licence (as supplementary proof of address)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within 90 days) issued to your registered address

kd44 may also request source-of-funds documentation where transaction volumes or patterns give rise to reasonable enquiry. All submitted documents are treated in accordance with kd44's Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits

All deposits to a kd44 Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Currently accepted deposit methods for Bangladesh players include:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay (mobile financial services)
• Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (bank transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard (debit and credit cards where supported)

The following deposit conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted and credited in BDT (৳). No currency conversion is applied.
• Own funds only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits from third-party payment accounts, shared wallets, or business accounts are not permitted.
• Processing time: Most deposit methods credit your Account instantly. In rare cases, bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours during BST working hours.
• Deposit fees: kd44 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which kd44 bears no responsibility.

kd44 reserves the right to reject, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit where fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from a fully verified kd44 Account (see Section 4). Funds may be withdrawn to any payment method previously used to make a deposit into the same Account, subject to the limits and conditions of that payment provider.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Verification requirement: All withdrawals are subject to KYC clearance. kd44 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to releasing any withdrawal.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours during BST business hours, subject to verification status and payment method.
• Withdrawal to same source: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for deposits, wherever technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Pending wagers: Funds that form part of an open or unsettled bet cannot be withdrawn until the wager is settled.
• Bonus balance: Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

kd44 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks to any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional information is required.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

kd44 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Welcome bonus: The kd44 200% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 is available to new players making their first qualifying BDT deposit. The bonus is credited to the player's Account upon completion of the qualifying deposit, subject to minimum deposit conditions stated in the promotional terms.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotional terms at the time the bonus is offered.
• One bonus per player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. kd44 reserves the right to void bonus claims made in violation of this rule.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotional terms will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• No cash equivalent: Bonus Funds have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for any other consideration.
• Abuse of promotions: kd44 monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or void any bonus and associated winnings where promotional abuse, multi-accounting, or exploitation of wagering requirements is detected.
• kd44 discretion: kd44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to respecting the terms of bonuses already credited to player Accounts.

8 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting, live in-play betting, and virtual sports markets offered on kd44. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published separately within the kd44 sportsbook interface.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until kd44's system has issued a bet confirmation reference number. No verbal, written, or inferred agreement prior to system confirmation constitutes a binding bet.
• Odds changes: For pre-match markets, odds are correct at the time of bet placement. kd44 reserves the right to update odds at any time prior to confirmation. For live in-play markets, odds are updated in real time and may change between bet submission and confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum stake: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by market, event, and account tier. kd44 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at its discretion.
• Void bets: kd44 reserves the right to void any bet where: an error in odds has occurred; the event to which the bet relates has been cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered; or where the integrity of the relevant event is in question.
• Palpable errors: Where odds are published due to a manifest error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"), kd44 reserves the right to void all bets placed at those odds and, where the error is identified prior to event settlement, to offer players the option to re-place the bet at the correct odds.
• Cricket betting: BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures are governed by the relevant cricket-specific rules published in the kd44 sportsbook. Ball-by-ball markets are subject to delay-of-play and over-reduction rules specific to cricket.

9 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on kd44 — including slots, live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), crash games (including Aviator by Spribe), and table games — are operated under the rules set by their respective game providers. kd44 makes game rules accessible within each game interface.

• RNG certification: All slots and non-live casino games on kd44 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by the game provider. Outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP percentages for individual game titles are those certified by the game provider. Actual RTP experienced by individual players over any given session may differ from the theoretical published figure.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer games are subject to real-time operational conditions, including but not limited to dealer shuffle procedures, table limits, and network connectivity. kd44 is not responsible for disconnections on the player's side during a live dealer session.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that renders a game round invalid, all affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned to the player's Account. kd44's decision in the event of a game malfunction is final.
• Provider rules: Game provider rules published within each game take precedence over any general kd44 casino rules in the event of a conflict specific to that game's mechanics.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kd44 Platform:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or personal details without their explicit authorisation.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or kd44.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a game, market, or payment system for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or poker-format games to influence outcomes.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms or promotional offers across multiple Accounts or platforms.
• Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or hide your true location.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transaction charges with your payment provider in bad faith.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kd44 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the kd44 Platform without authorisation.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the kd44 Platform — including but not limited to the kd44 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphical elements, text, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of kd44 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant you the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any kd44 content without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on kd44 or provider content.
• Use the kd44 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial or promotional context without written consent.
• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any software underlying the kd44 Platform.

Any unauthorised use of kd44 intellectual property may give rise to legal action under applicable intellectual property law.

12 Privacy & Data

kd44 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the overall agreement between you and kd44. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Collection of registration data (name, date of birth, contact details) for Account management and KYC purposes.
• Transaction data (deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, payment method identifiers) for financial record-keeping and anti-money laundering compliance.
• Gameplay data (bet history, session duration, game preferences) for personalisation, responsible gaming monitoring, and platform improvement.
• Device and technical data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers) for security, fraud prevention, and geographic eligibility checks.

13 Responsible Gaming

kd44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. The following tools are available to all Account holders at no cost and with no restriction:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session time alerts: Set notifications to remind you of how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict your Account from betting and casino activity for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) while retaining access to Account information and pending withdrawals.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your Account and restrict access to the Platform for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kd44 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the kd44 Platform.
• Loss of profits, winnings, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if kd44 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Interruptions to, or errors in, the Platform caused by circumstances beyond kd 44's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, third-party payment provider downtime, force majeure events, or acts of government.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep Account credentials secure or from unauthorised access to your Account by a third party.
• Decisions made in good faith by kd44 to void bets, suspend Accounts, or withhold withdrawals pending investigation, where those decisions are based on reasonable suspicion of a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Where kd44's liability cannot be wholly excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15 Account Suspension & Closure

kd44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any balance held therein, where:

• A player has engaged in, or is reasonably suspected of engaging in, any Restricted Activity listed in Section 10.
• A player has provided false or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent point in the player relationship.
• A player has failed to complete KYC verification within the period requested by kd44.
• A player is found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.
• Continuation of the Account would expose kd44 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• A player requests permanent self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions in Section 13.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a player-initiated violation, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method, subject to standard KYC clearance.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account for any reason may contact kd44 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

16 Amendments to These Terms

kd44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, kd44 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the kd44 Platform.

Continued use of the kd44 Platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 15.

The version of these Terms & Conditions bearing the most recent effective date, as displayed at the top of this page, is the version that governs the current player relationship. Prior versions are available on request by contacting [email protected].

17 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the kd44 Platform shall be subject to the internal dispute resolution process maintained by kd44 before any external escalation is pursued.

If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact kd44 customer support at [email protected] with full details of the issue. kd44 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days (BST).

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to explore alternative dispute resolution (ADR) as a good-faith step prior to any formal legal proceedings. kd44 will provide details of the applicable ADR mechanism upon request.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in Bangladesh.
